OPTIVIS 8MP High-performance USB2.0 Camera

This high-performance 8MP USB2.0 camera module is powered by a 1/3.2-inch IMX179 CMOS image sensor, delivering a maximum resolution of 3264×2448 with crisp, detailed imaging. Supporting both MJPEG and YUY2 output formats, it achieves smooth 30FPS at full 8MP resolution under MJPEG compression, ideal for real-time video applications.

Designed for versatility, it features a 77° field of view, a 5P+IR 650nm lens (EFL 3.54mm, F/2.0), and supports both autofocus and fixed focus modes. An integrated digital microphone enables audio-video synchronization, while electronic rolling shutter and up to 72.5dB dynamic range ensure clear capture in varied lighting conditions.

Fully UVC-compliant for plug-and-play operation, it works seamlessly with Windows, Android, Linux, and Mac OS without extra drivers. User-controllable parameters include brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, sharpness, gamma, white balance, backlight contrast, and exposure for flexible tuning.

Compact in size (38×38mm or 32×32mm), the module uses a 5PIN 1.25mm connector and is powered by DC 5V via high-speed USB2.0. It operates reliably in temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, making it suitable for industrial vision, smart devices, video conferencing, and embedded imaging projects.
